Description
This class teaches students basic AutoCAD skills while learning to draft residential-type floor plans and elevations using the software. Learn how to draw walls, windows and doors in plan view with elevations and furniture plans. Students will understand basic AutoCAD commands based on hand drafting skills developed in Drafting I.

- Develop a room plan with a furniture layout to scale.
- Design and draw elevations based on student’s plan view of a room.
- Learn to import and export drawings for easy access within the design community.
